Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, please understand that we're a team of humans working with human hands and brains. Though not perfect, we promise to do our best to process your order as swiftly as possible.
Shipping Information
We provide shipping services both domestically (within Australia) and internationally to numerous countries worldwide.
For customers within Australia, we offer a flat rate Standard Postage service starting from $14.95 (AUD) dispatched via Australia Post with tracking included. Free (Regular) Shipping is offered if you spend $100 (AUD) or More. Additionally, we also provide a flat rate Express Postage option from $18.95 (AUD), all postage includes GST (Goods & Services Tax). - Optional Local pickup - South Australia only.
Damaged goods - without additional cover:
We hold no responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping if additional cover is not purchased at checkout. We highly recommend purchasing this cover to protect your investment. Please note, this option is only available for purchases being shipped within Australia.
With additional cover:
If you opt for additional cover and your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Reach out via our website: www.miniaturecollectables.au or email us at: customercare@miniaturecollectables.au. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim and ensure a swift resolution.

Australia Post and Other Postal Carriers
Please note: We ensure all items are carefully packed using bubble wrap, sturdy postage boxes, and other protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit
Any damages incurred during shipping must be claimed by the receiver directly with Australia Post for compensation before a replacement can be issued, unless shipping protection was purchased.
Due to Australia Post policies, we, as the sender, cannot claim damages on your behalf and will not offer compensation if Australia Post rejects the claim. We also do not accept returns if the item has been opened or used.
Please note that damage to the card or box is not considered damage to the item itself, as packaging material is not sold as part of the item. Manufacturers design their packaging to protect the items inside, and therefore, we will not replace cracked blisters or bent cards unless shipping protection has been purchased.
For collectors who require items in mint condition, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection to guard against potential damages incurred by Australia Post.
Postage times within Australia
Please allow 2-8 business days for Standard Postage and allow 1-4 business days for Express Postage. These postage times area estimate times for metro cities only; additional time may be required for delivery to country areas.
Pre-orders
What is a pre-order?
A 'pre-order' is an order for an item that will be released in the future. Pre-orders are announced in advance of the item being released (Sometimes over 12 months in advance). Each product will have an arrival ETA in the description. Please note this ETA is a rough estimate only and not 100% guarantee.
Pre-orders require a deposit (contact us for more info) to secure the item, with the full amount due, plus postage (if applicable) when the item arrives. Please read each product description so you are aware of the deposit price and the RRP of the model car.
Pre-Order is Cancelled
In some rare cases a manufacturer may cancel production of an announced pre-order. This is usually due to lack of interest from collectors but can happen for various other reasons.
If this happens, your deposit will be refunded in full or the only time it is transferable to another pre order.
Pre-Order Deposit
The deposit amount (depending on product) must be completed to secure your pre order, cancellations of pre-orders are non refundable nor transferable to other models. For any other reason, besides manufacture cancellation.
Item Delayed
Unfortunately we have no control over when a manufacturer/distributor will release the item, the amount of stock released or whether they will arrive by the original ETA. As such our arrival ETA's are a rough estimate only.
Pre-Orders Shipping
Pre-order items will not be shipped until we receive and allocate stock from the manufacturer. Once the stock arrives, if applicable, payment will be required and your item will be promptly dispatched, you will also receive an email with a tracking number. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided by the manufacturer, and we do not have control over it. If there are any delays communicated by the supplier, we will notify you via email.
Please note that product images are provided by the manufacturer and the actual model may slightly differ from the picture (e.g., colors may vary).
Pre-Orders, Purchased with in Stock items
If you have purchased multiple pre-order items or a combination of pre-order and in-stock items in a single transaction, we will hold all items until the last pre-order item arrives. If you wish to receive any items separately, please contact us to arrange separate shipping at an additional cost. (or local pickup can be arranged if located in South Australia)
